Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on user needs, competitors, and industry trend analysis in the target market, and provide suggestions for formulating product plans and technical plans. Understand the new product development process, and effectively communicate with the R&D team in China to promote technological innovation and product implementation. Continuously analyze the development trends and technical trends of the target air-conditioning market, refine the insights, and feed them back to the R&D team in China. Identify the pain points and needs of consumers in the target market for air-conditioning products, propose air-conditioning solutions, and shape core value propositions. Promote local product certification, quickly resolve product market issues, conduct communication with industry associations, provide technical support for solving customer complaints, and manage local product experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in refrigeration, machinery, electrical engineering or related majors. More than 8 years of experience in air-conditioning R&D in the target market; proficient in market standards and regulations; familiar with the operation of industry associations; with certain industry association resources. Candidates with experience in air-conditioning R&D in local enterprises are preferred.
