Job Responsibilities
Responsible for market research, demand analysis, product planning and design of power secondary intelligent terminals, industrial software for power management, and system solutions. Formulate product lifecycle management strategies, including product release, promotion, iterative update and delisting. Work closely with the R&D team to ensure that product functions, performance and quality meet market demands and corporate strategic goals. Track product market performance, collect user feedback, analyze data, and continuously optimize product performance and user experience. Participate in formulating product pricing strategies, monitor competitors' dynamics, and propose product differentiation strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in electrical engineering, automation, computer science or related majors. Familiar with secondary power supply technology, power management software or system integration fields. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-departmental teams. Strong data analysis capabilities, able to drive product optimization and decision-making through data. Those with an international perspective, an understanding of international market trends, and cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
