Job Responsibilities
Fully responsible for strategic expansion and operation management of the Japanese market, formulate and implement market development plans, proactively explore new customers and secure orders to ensure efficient achievement of sales and project management goals. Coordinate the management of the local Japanese team, including personnel allocation, performance tracking, and team building; deeply participate in the entire sales cycle, lead or join business meetings and cooperation negotiations, link cross-departmental resources, assist customers in technical communication and cooperation negotiations, and ensure smooth business progress. Systematically collect and analyze Japanese market dynamics, including competitors' strategies, changes in customer needs, and industry policy trends, form structured reports, and provide data support for the formulation and optimization of the company's sales strategies. Participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions arranged by the company, be responsible for customer reception, demand docking, and cooperation negotiations at Japan-related exhibitions, accurately collect potential customer information, formulate conversion plans, and promote their implementation. Establish a regular reporting mechanism, timely feedback sales progress, project execution status, and key market information to the headquarters management, ensuring information synchronization and decision-making efficiency.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese with native-level listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of seamlessly handling business negotiations, written communication, and other scenarios. More than 3 years of experience in ToB sales or project management in the Japanese market; those with working experience in intelligent logistics equipment industries and related fields such as logistics, sorting, warehousing, and handling will be preferred. Strong goal orientation and result awareness, in-depth understanding of Japanese social culture, business rules, and workplace habits, with excellent team collaboration capabilities and cross-departmental communication skills. Identity requirement: Japanese permanent residency, Japanese nationality, or being a Japanese citizen.
