Job Responsibilities
Business Model and Pilot Products Branded operation (To C) instead of the traditional trading/To B model. In the initial stage, 1-2 branded products operated through certificate leasing should be prioritized. Branded operation after the registration and certification of self-developed products is the core of the company's strategy. Organizational Structure Establishment and Training Goals for Plant Protection Teams Future teams need to possess professional plant protection capabilities and end-user service experience. Local recruitment for core positions (such as technical promotion and brand operation). Daily Operation and Management of the Vietnamese Branch Headquarters Support The headquarters will invest in supporting the branch's development over 1-3 years, with core efforts focused on team building and cultivating a local talent echelon with plant protection service capabilities. The headquarters will be responsible for R&D, production, registration, and financial support, while product managers will empower market product planning and provide technical guidance.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with Vietnam’s agricultural chemical (agrochemical) market. 8–10 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Prior experience in multinational companies (e.g., Syngenta, Bayer) is preferred. Experience in building a market from scratch in Vietnam. Have the experience of operation in B2C marketing and brand management.
