Job Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies for the vaccine product line (e.g., influenza, meningitis, pediatric vaccines) to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in Morocco. Identify growth opportunities in the public and private sectors, aligning with national immunization programs (NIP) and public health priorities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies. Government Tender Management: Lead end-to-end tender processes, including preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids for vaccine procurement with the Moroccan Ministry of Health. Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., DMP standards) and international standards (e.g., WHO cold chain requirements). Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory affairs, legal, supply chain) to prepare competitive tender proposals and secure contracts. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with the Moroccan Ministry of Health, public hospitals, and regional health authorities to drive vaccine adoption. Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, understanding their procurement needs and aligning solutions. Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and distributors to promote vaccine benefits and increase uptake. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Collect and analyze market data, including competitor pricing, tender outcomes, and vaccination coverage rates (e.g., Morocco’s 〈2% influenza vaccine coverage). Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, tender progress, and stakeholder feedback. Recommend strategies to address vaccine hesitancy and improve public health outcomes. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, Moroccan regulations, and international ethical standards (e.g., GMP, WHO guidelines). Maintain transparency in tender processes and stakeholder interactions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or Public Health is preferred.
