Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overseas team management and business development work, leading the team to achieve performance indicators 2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans based on departmental planning, effectively promoting recruitment work 3. Explore candidate needs and establish connections through online or offline methods, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and other tasks 4. Responsible for team building and management, including employee relationship maintenance and related work 5. Other tasks assigned by leaders
Job Requirements
1. Overseas work experience is preferred 2. Possess good communication, coordination, and stress resistance abilities 3. Three years or more of work experience, bachelor's degree or above 4. Possess strong affinity, communication and expression skills, and service awareness
