Job Responsibilities
Implementation of the recruitment work, able to develop different recruitment channels to obtain talents meeting company needs. Conduct 1st round interview and talent selection. Be responsible for the implementation of company attendance management. Establish performance management system (KPIs) for each team and individual. Compensation & benefit management for all employees.
Job Requirements
At least three years’ work experience in respect of human resources management, including factory staff management.( Master's degree may have relaxed working experience requirements) Good written and oral communication skills, strong logic thinking ability strong understanding ability. Familiar with office software and relevant HR management software. Understand all labor laws, regulations and policies of Vietnam. Hold a Vietnamese driver's license
