Job Responsibilities
1. Develop overseas suppliers for imported fruit categories through various business channels, trade shows, and other online platforms, and manage subsequent foreign trade procurement work. 2. Set performance targets and implementation plans, and lead the team to achieve goals efficiently and promptly. 3. Manage foreign suppliers, including but not limited to collecting, analyzing, and evaluating qualifications to ensure smooth cooperation and establish a supplier management system. 4. Handle foreign trade order management, including but not limited to business negotiations, cost control, risk management, payment, and quality issue resolution, ensuring smooth progress from procurement to customs clearance, improving procurement processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 5. Manage business reception, negotiations, and external relationship maintenance. 6. Train and guide the team, improve team effectiveness and development, and establish and refine assessment criteria. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business English, or related fields; fluent in English with the ability to write English emails without difficulty; proficiency in either English or Spanish is required, with preference for those fluent in both English and Spanish; experience in the fruit or import/export trade is preferred. 2. At least 5 years of experience in import/export foreign trade and management. 3. Familiar with international trade policies and regulations, and knowledgeable about import operations.
