Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain good relationships with VIP customers; 2. Deeply understand customers’ needs and preferences, and provide them with personalized service experience; 3. Regularly follow up with VIP customers, such as through phone calls, emails or face-to-face communication, to enhance mutual connection and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; 4. Knowledgeable of Hotel information and promptly provide customers with detailed and professional responses.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma degree or above; 2. 1 year or above customer service experience is preferred; 3. Fluent in Korean, basic English or Mandarin; 4. Strong adaptability to handle emergencies, good communications.
