Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities: 1. Human Resources Management: Oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, and making hiring decisions. Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Promote positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. 4. Performance Management: Implement and maintain performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans. Work closely with managers to support their understanding and implementation of performance management practices. 5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with internal and external resources to design and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals. 6. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance. Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to manage payroll processes, salary adjustments, and benefits enrollment. 7. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with local legislation and company guidelines. Job Requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administrative roles. 2) Should possess in-depth knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and a strategic mindset. The candidate should possess demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and increasing employee engagement and job satisfaction. 3) Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
