Job Responsibilities

Manage monthly and annual closings, audits, and annual accounts. Asset Management: Cash flow planning; accounts receivable management; improve accounts receivable and expense management. Tax Management: Be familiar with local tax regulations in Indonesia to ensure compliance. Coordinate with the accounting and external audit teams in the tax area. Prepare tax budgets and submit tax returns. Evaluate tax risks associated with financial transactions and business operations, and implement robust control measures to mitigate potential risks. Internal Control: Develop internal procedures and rules and regulations. Promote and strengthen the internal control systems of overseas subsidiaries. Operational Review: Regularly organize business analysis meetings with the headquarters and track the implementation of meeting resolutions. Assist the CEO: Assist the CEO in managing the supply chain and logistics to reduce costs and improve responsiveness. Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the company's business objectives are consistent with the company's strategy. Risk Monitoring: Monitor operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses. Ad - hoc Tasks: Ad - hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a business - related major. Work Experience: At least 10 years of work experience, preferably having worked in three different companies from various industries. Languages: Proficiency in Chinese is required, and English is a plus. Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, etc.
