Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the after-sales service of the company's products in the local market 2. Cooperate with the sales team for customer communication and maintenance 3. Handle product failure issues and solve technical problems on-site 4. Regularly visit customers and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships 5. Participate in company product training and promotion work 6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, native, familiar with the culture and language of the local country (eligible for fresh graduates), currently in China, with at least two years of work experience (able to provide proof of work) 2. Possess good communication skills and strong ability to withstand pressure 3. Proficient in using office software, with good learning ability and good communication and collaboration skills
