Job Responsibilities

1. Production Management: Supervise the implementation of daily production plans issued by the Materials Control Department across workshops. 2. Quality Management: Improve process operation standards and quality standards documents, and participate in handling quality anomalies. 3. Cost Control: Optimize the use of workshop costs, review the rationality of equipment and material procurement and usage. 4. 5S Visualization Management: Set 5S standards for different areas of the workshop, assess the 5S status in each area, and hold meetings for timely rectification and promotion. 5. Safety Production: Collaborate with the safety management department to set safety production goals, standards, and plans, and ensure staff adhere to safety requirements. 6. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment introduction, usage, maintenance, and repair activities. 7. Skills Improvement: Develop and oversee multi-skill and cross-training programs, including training plans and assessments. 8. Team Building: Manage the recruitment, training, and development planning of team members. 9. Departmental Goals Achievement: Set departmental work goals, assign personnel, ensure plans are implemented, and achieve targets.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; CET-4 or above, with English as a working language. 2. Over 3 years of experience in managing medium to large production workshops, with a deep understanding of the LED display industry preferred. 3. Familiar with production manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and workshop production capacity. 4. Proficient in production cost control, capable of optimizing and managing production capacity, and continuously improving product quality and production efficiency. 5. Knowledgeable in production planning, job control, on-site production and quality management, safety production, and production cost management. 6. Mastery of lean production, cost management, and quality management theories with practical application skills. 7. Willing to accept long-term overseas travel (expatriate assignment).
