Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor market quality levels and address related issues: (1) Lead analysis and improvement closure progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement containment plans while coordinating and managing third-party resources. (2) Monitor market quality status in real-time, analyze and output improvement directions, promptly report key issues, and continuously enhance quality levels, with immediate response and organization for major customer complaints. (3) Promote historical market cases and conduct EWP work during new project launches to manage project quality and issues. (4) Establish, maintain, and iteratively update the market quality data system. 2. Enhance user experience and monitor market sentiment: (1) Track global market sentiment, follow key issues, and ensure problem resolution. (2) Analyze user satisfaction survey reports to identify issues and collaborate with product lines for improvements. 3. Provide overseas technical support: (1) Guide analysis of faulty products from overseas third parties. (2) Summarize and analyze overseas customer complaint data and generate reports. (3) Identify, coordinate, and connect with overseas third-party resources. 4. Manage inspection for new projects/factory transitions/customer requirements: (1) Coordinate customer inspection needs, produce inspection plans, and initiate inspections. (2) Proactively initiate inspections at key points (e.g., new factories, resumption of long-term shutdowns) and connect with relevant inspection agencies and OEM factories. (3) Lead the internal team to address and close non-conformities identified during inspections. 5. Perform other customer quality management-related tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering fields; structure/electrical control/software-related skills are a plus; over 5 years of experience in CQE or related positions is preferred. 2. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language (essential). 3. Familiarity with customer quality management processes, feedback mechanisms, and closure mechanisms. 4. Proficient in office software with strong logical and data analysis skills. 5. Skilled in quality analysis tools (e.g., SPC, QC seven tools, APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D) and statistical analysis of quality issues. 6. Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; experience with overseas clients is a plus. 7. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, diligent, capable of working under pressure.
