Job Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the formulation of a 3-year product competitiveness strategy for the Indonesian market by integrating trends in Southeast Asian consumer electronics. Develop and implement channel expansion plans and key account service solutions for the Thai market, including designing key account service products, negotiating commercial terms, and creating marketing communication content. Secure partnerships with the top 30 retail channels in Thailand, establish stable and continuous collaborations, and ensure weekly and monthly data meets quality standards. Monitor external influencing factors to mitigate risks, possess strong business presentation skills, track competitors' product dynamics, industry policies, and government regulations, and formulate market-specific product/service positioning and marketing strategies. Assume responsibility for business outcomes in Thailand, identify and assess various risks faced by the company in the region. Establish operational process systems for Indonesia, accurately grasp customer demand variations, open up new business opportunities, and increase market share. Prioritize business success to efficiently recruit and hire senior managerial talent for the department; 提炼 (summarize) successful departmental practices and promote capacity-building to develop the team. Align with the company's strategic goals and product department objectives, proactively collaborate with parallel departments (primarily Southeast Asian regional secondary departments) to ensure efficient cross-functional coordination.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Southeast Asian consumer electronics industry, with proven ability to build Thailand's retail channel resources from scratch (0-1). Experience in channel development for hardware products such as major home appliances, personal care electronics, 3C products, consumer robots, and cleaning appliances, with a track record of managing business operations exceeding ¥1 billion in the responsible region. Proven experience in creating blockbuster consumer electronics products for Thai channels, strong commercial negotiation and communication skills, and a business-centric vision. Led the formulation and execution of major sales promotion plans for consumer electronics in Thailand; capable of independently managing daily interactions and maintenance with overseas marketing platforms. Previous experience managing teams of at least 10 members, with direct authority for personnel appointments at subordinate levels.
