Job Responsibilities

Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Luma.AI) to generate compelling visuals, mood boards, and design proposals for automotive and mobility projects. ● Collaborate with the automotive exterior and interior design teams, assisting in the creation of digital and physical design solutions that are innovative and aligned with brand vision. ● Visualize futuristic design concepts and trends using AI tools to inspire and push the boundaries of creativity within the team. ● Explore automotive design trends, architecture, product design, and fashion to influence new vehicle concepts and branding strategies. ● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by presenting AI-generated proposals that stimulate discussion and development with other departments (e.g., engineering, strategy, and marketing). ● Stay ahead of emerging AI design software and methodologies, experimenting with new tools to find the best applications in the automotive industry. ● Build AI-driven workflows to speed up the ideation process while maintaining high aesthetic and emotional quality in the designs.

Job Requirements

●1 to 3 years of experience in AI/Digital Design, with a deep understanding of AI prompting techniques and design generation. ● Expertise in AI platforms such as MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Luma.AI, 3DAistudio.com, and any other relevant AI tools that can enhance automotive design. ● A strong sense of aesthetics, emotional design, and an appreciation for automotive design, architecture, product design, and fashion trends. ● A proactive and innovative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new tools and approaches. ● An effective communicator with strong presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders through immersive visual storytelling. ● Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and mentor less experienced team members. ● Fluency in English (Chinese or Italian is a plus). ● Passion for future mobility solutions and sustainability.
