Job Responsibilities
1. Deploy the project implement phase and product maintenance after commissioning. 2. Provide proactive guidance and positive attitude to work in under pressure environment. 3. Important role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction. 4. Keep good in touch with the customer and organize the meeting regularly with customer, handling the problem, requirement and complain from customer.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with GPON/FTTH product knowledge and business, product principle, system composition and key technical architecture. 2. Familiar with IP related protocols, such as DHCP, PPPOE,VLAN. 3. More than 2 years experience in technical position of telecommunication area. 4. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 5. English intermediate.
