Job Goal: Ensure the picture production of 3D team fulfil the high quality standard and the KPI goal Primary Responsibilities: · Finish 3D creation work with fulfillment of KPI goal Create high quality product picture with 3D software Be able to finish targeted daily creating work Build, organize and update modeling database Handle correction tasks · Constantly train and improve 3D team Plan and conduct onboarding training and 3D skill training to consolidate and enhance average level of the team Constantly discover new 3D techniques and implement it into the daily process Support 3D team for all technical problems with strong knowledge base and innovative thinking · Manage and develop 3D team Manage team performance: work prioritization, KPI, weekly report, daily report Manage team members, conduct feedback talk and meeting Report to Graphic Team lead CN · Close cooperation within Graphic Team Closely cooperate with Art Director/Graphic Team in Berlin Head Quarters for techniques support and solutions Closely cooperate with Picture Quality Control Team for image quality issues Closely cooperate with Picture Editing team when needed · Act as go-to 3D expert in Kewei DG Senior 3D expert in Kewei DG Decision power about 3D technique questions Support KW-Commerce with all questions concerning 3D techniques

Job Requirements

6+ years of 3D creation experience. Major or degree in Industry design, product design or other 3D design related area. Expert command of Rhino, Keyshot and C4D, Outstanding portfolio Expert command of Photoshop, have a keen eye for quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, colour) Have a keen eye for quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, colour) Be able to train employees, experiences as a team lead, be able to transfer knowledge & implementation of trainings Fluent English in speaking and written. Outgoing and be able to communicate freely, also with foreigners.
