1、Responsible for the execution of various specialized recruitment tasks for overseas business of the company, meeting strategic talent recruitment needs. 2、Manage internal and external recruitment channels and drive innovation in recruitment channels, constantly exploring new recruitment methods using new concepts and platforms. 3、Establish and improve recruitment strategies, selection processes, tools, and talent pools to optimize recruitment processes and platform operations, enhance efficiency, and assist in comprehensive empowerment of recruitment business capabilities. 4、Coordinate and allocate recruitment resources of the company, control recruitment costs, and complete other work tasks within the department.
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience. 2、Possess experience and relevant resources in talent recruitment in overseas regions (Brazil), such as logistics industry companies, cross-border e-commerce companies, or headhunting RPO experience is also acceptable. 3、Fluent in Portuguese, long-term stationed in Brazil, strong ability to handle pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and a strong achievement motivation.
