Job Responsibilities
1. Formulated R&D and product strategies according to the development strategy of the company's medical nutrition, grasped the overall R&D direction, and was responsible for the team building and landing of the company's advanced R&D projects; 2. Organize the formulation and implementation of major R&D decisions and R&D programs; 3. Responsible for designing and guiding core R & D modules, leading the R & D team to overcome the technical difficulties of R & D, and improving the product development of R & D center; 4. Integrate external resources, implement R&D projects with joint R&D institutions, and develop competitive medical nutrition products.
Job Requirements
1. Doctor degree or above, under 45 years old; 2, Professional direction: Medicine, food, biology, nutrition related, QS 500 or China 985/211 universities; 3, 5 years and above research experience in food health and medicine.
