Job Responsibilities

1. Based on company's strategic objectives, formulate Turkey market development plan and implement it; 2. Responsible for order sales, payment collection and management of its business modules to achieve sales tasks; 3. Responsible for establishing smoothly customer communication channels with JVS headquarters; 4. Responsible for customers’ maintenance includes local bus OEMs and ender users e.g. bus operator. 5. Collect market info e.g. competitor’s products, sales policy and customer’s demand information, etc., Analyze market development trends, and provide basis for company decision-making; 6. Timely feedback and coordination of after-sales issue, promote and coordinate the improvement of product performance and overall service capabilities; 7. Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other activities of industry associations; 8. Organize and implement marketing activities in accordance with the company's plan;

Job Requirements

1.Over 5 years of sales experience in the bus industry, relevant background and customer resources in the bus and commercial components (e.g. engine, gearbox, axles, etc) industry in Turkey are preferred; 2.Excellent overseas market planning ability, overseas market development and marketing ability; 3.Good English communication skills both in written and oral. 4.General knowledge of international trade and overseas sales, familiar with various office operation software; 5.Have excellent management skills, effective team management and team building; Overseas business trips are acceptable.
