Job Responsibilities
HR Compliance & Policy Development – Ensure adherence to Australian labor laws and implement best practices for governance and workplace compliance. Performance Management & Employee Development – Design and execute performance evaluation systems and incentive programs to enhance productivity and engagement. Workforce Planning & Cost Control – Manage employee attendance, labor costs, and headcount planning to support business efficiency. HR Digitalization & Process Optimization – Lead initiatives to modernize HR systems, improving data-driven decision-making and operational effectiveness. HR Team Leadership – Oversee and mentor a team of 5–6 HR professionals, ensuring HR functions effectively support business objectives. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Support recruitment strategies for business expansion while strengthening New Gonow’s reputation in the local job market.
Job Requirements
8+ years of HR management experience, preferably with expertise in performance management, compliance, and digital transformation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of Australian labor laws and HR regulations. Experience in sales, marketing, or manufacturing environments is a plus. Ability to lead HR digitalization projects and implement modern HR technologies. Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
