Job Responsibilities

1. Demand analysis and market research: in-depth analysis of business needs and market trends of overseas customers, and provide data support for the design of solutions. 2. Solution design and customization: Design customized solutions based on customer needs to ensure the technical feasibility and commercial value of the solutions. 3. International communication and negotiation: Conduct efficient international communication with customers, participate in business negotiations, and ensure that the solution meets customer expectations and the interests of the company. 4. Program demonstration and training: produce professional demonstration materials, show the advantages and implementation effects of the solution to overseas customers, and provide necessary technical training. 5. Competitive product analysis and strategy formulation: Analyze the solutions of international competitors and formulate effective market competition strategies. 6. Teamwork and knowledge sharing: Work closely with sales, technology, marketing and other departments to jointly promote the expansion of overseas business and share industry knowledge and experience.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: bachelor degree or above, major in computer, information technology, electronic engineering and other related majors. 2. Work experience: at least 3 years, overseas pre-sales support or solution design experience, working experience in multinational enterprises is preferred. 3. Language ability: fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with international customers without barriers. 4. Professional knowledge: familiar with the latest trends and technologies in the fields of IT technology, cloud computing, big data, etc., and have the ability to solve complex technical problems. 5. Cross-cultural communication skills: have cross-cultural communication skills, and be able to adapt to the business culture and working environment of different countries and regions. 6. Innovation ability: have innovative thinking and problem-solving ability, and be able to propose innovative solutions to the needs of overseas customers. 7. Malaysian expatriate business trips are acceptable.
