Job Responsibilities
1. Assist and implement sales plans in Japan to ensure that local sales targets are achieved; 2. Carry out sales activities, expand sales channels, and obtain new customer information; 3. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; 4. Handle customer complaints, maintain the company's image and reputation; 5. Write sales reports, report sales and performance, and provide decision-making basis for the company; 6. Collaborate with other departments to complete other sales-related tasks.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Japanese, with good oral and written communication skills; 2. Experience in the sales industry, successful sales project experience is preferred; 3. Good communication, coordination and leadership skills, with teamwork spirit; 4. Proficient in sales skills and market methods, with strong market acumen; 5. Interested in developing in the field of sales, with a strong desire to learn and a sense of responsibility; 6. In-depth knowledge of the local Japanese market and the ability to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment.
