Job Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. To be P&L responsibility for the branch office Be proactive, providing good suggestions for the achievement of the business objectives To monitor the profitability and efficiency of processes within the branch office To follow up and maintain the company’s policy and operation principles Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize good business results To develop and attain sales goals, deliver good customer service and grow the location's revenues To develop and implement a safety and healthy culture in the organization. To well collaborate with oversea teams for better operation processes and work results To set up good relationship with customers/carriers/vendors to ensure the smooth operations Always lead, support, motivate and develop the staffs with proper actions. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses To prepare regular reports to the senior management team in time. Job responsibilities will be revised according to the business needs when necessary Other tasks assign by the superior

Job Requirements
