Job Responsibilities

1. Work with product owners, designers, and engineers to understand the user journey and pain points, then help craft the best user experience with your words 2. Edit existing content, write from scratch, and look for creative solutions to problems 3. Create content that is clear, concise, useful, and correct 4. Work with marketing and customer support teams to write or proofread help documentation, short articles, promo banners, etc. 5. Embody the brand voice and write with inclusivity and understanding in mind 6. Writers often work together on projects, so help and guidance will be given to more junior writers

Job Requirements

1.This is a diverse role so we’re looking for a content generalist with a focus on UX 2.You’ll have a portfolio showing writing samples and ideally your understanding of UX writing and design principles 3. You need the ability to work on multiple projects at once 4. The nature of this role requires native-level fluency in English 5. You must have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail 6. You enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds 7. Remote possible: Priority is given to on-site candidates, but we’re willing to consider countries/regions in a similar time zone to Mainland China 8. This is an English working environment, but an ability to speak Chinese is a plus
