Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, advise internal/external visitors with logistic support, analyse, plan trip schedules. Detailed actions involving: -Provide with flight and hotel booking services which including search, itinerary proposal. -Address travel queries. -Elucidate company policies and service scopes, proactively work out the most efficient and logical solution. -Maintain excellent client relations by providing accurate responses, timely reservations, and engaging positively in interactions by all means. -Follow-up on order details accurately, provide schedule updates as required, and ensure timely issuance. -Verify booking refund or exchanges and process promptly, provide penalty notification and timely refunds. -Manage vendors’ service quality and build long-term business relationships. 2. Business Service support (ADSL, Plants, Parking facilities, etc). 3. Interact with property management (monthly payments, AC applications, etc). 4. Other tasks assigned.
