Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for after-sale service of inverter market customers; 2. Provide after-sales technical service support for sales team; 3. Make and sort out product technical questions and answers; 4. Communicate with R&D team on those market problems.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred; 2. 3 years or above relevant working experience，Solar/Renewable industry is preferred; 3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance; 4. Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have good customer service awareness. 5. Fluently in English and German language.
