Responsibility: 1. Responsible for channel&dealer development, management and control in Middle East; 2. Making sales plans and achieving sales goals. Tracking and reviewing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually. 3. Responsible for STI investment and manage dealer sales process; 4. Making SO marketing plan for terminal stores and supervise dealers to implement it; 5.Responsible for management, performance appraisal, training of local sales team; 6. Responsible for business negotiation and data analysis of sales; 7. Responsible for controlling dealer prices and market order; 8. Responsible for local market insight and competitive product analysis.
Job Requirements 1. Experience and successful cases of 3C consumer electronics or mobile phone brand expansion in Middle East; 2. Be familiar with the overall sales experience of SI, STI and SO of products; 3. Experience in channel&customer and terminal store management; 4. Ablity in business negotiation, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; 5. Experience in overseas office and more than 5 years of experience in overseas markets
