Job Responsibilities: Document Translation: Accurately translate various Thai documents, including business contracts, technical manuals, legal papers, etc., ensuring translations are faithful to the original text with precise and fluent language. Interpretation: Provide on-site interpretation services for business meetings, negotiations, training, and other events, including consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, to ensure accurate and timely information delivery. Proofreading and Review: Proofread and review Thai translations by other translators, checking grammatical, lexical, and semantic accuracy to improve translation quality. Localization: Adapt Thai content for localization to align with the cultural and linguistic habits of the target audience, and optimize Thai promotional materials for the company’s products or services. Communication and Coordination: Maintain close communication with clients or internal departments to understand translation requirements and background information, promptly feedback issues encountered during translation, and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements (Able to Adapt to Long-Term Business Trips to Thailand): Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai and Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Strong Chinese communication skills are required. Translation Experience: Proven experience in Thai translation, familiar with translation styles and requirements across different fields. Preference for candidates with relevant industry experience (e.g., business, law, technology). Professional Knowledge: Understanding of Thai culture, history, and society. Familiarity with professional terminology in business, legal, and technical domains. Technical Skills: Proficient in using translation tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) and 具备较强的计算机操作能力 (strong computer skills) to efficiently complete translation tasks. Professional Competency: Serious and responsible work attitude, strong professional ethics and confidentiality awareness. Ability to deliver high-quality translations within deadlines, with strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
