Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:  Research target accounts to identify sales and business development opportunities;  Craft and conduct personalized outreach to initiate communication with key stakeholders within target accounts and deliver valuable content across multiple channels to nurture sales and business development opportunities;  Lead sales and business development meetings from discovery calls and solution presentation to contract negotiations and signing;  Lead the local team through effective collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders, such as technical sales engineers and deployment engineers, to unify understanding and deliver high-quality projects from data collection and on-site surveys to project deployment and go-live;  Manage, track, and deliver regular reports on pipeline status and performance to ensure continuous improvement;  Work with external partners to identify and execute joint sales and marketing strategies to drive channel growth;  Work with partners and internal teams to set partnership goals and objectives and perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and adjust forecasts;  Own team revenue targets and ensure wider sales goals are met within agreed-upon time constraints; If you are interested in this position,please don't hesitate to contact Rebecca: Wechat: hiredchina101 Email: rebecca.liu@hiredchina101 Mobile/Whatsapp: +86 199-2519-5414

Job Requirements

Requirements: Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or relevant experience; MBA preferred; • 5+ years of experience in sales within a high-value, B2B environment and demonstrated success in growing revenue; experience selling within the warehousing industry preferred; • Extensive knowledge of warehousing operations or WMS systems; high technical or engineering aptitude preferred; • Strong social skills and excellent communication skills with an ability to adjust approaches based on the audience; • Fluent in English and Japanese; working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred;
