Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the quality management system and ensuring that the audit is passed 2. Responsible for the handling of daily affairs, including APQP plans, Milestone inspections, personnel training and organizational capacity building; 3. Preparation for customer review, review follow-up, and subsequent improvement closed loop 4. Responsible for quality improvement work, improving product quality, handling major quality issues, and training all employees on quality awareness.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or master degree or above, more than 6 years of system-related management experience or more than 5 years of project quality management experience in large and medium-sized automobile enterprises 2. Have excellent and reliable analysis, processing and management capabilities 3. Familiar with quality assurance system, quality management methods and tools. 4. Proficient in problem analysis tools such as DMAIC, 8D, and 5W2H. 5. Proficient in the five major tools of IATF16949 (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA). 6. Have knowledge of relevant customer special requirements and have certificates such as 6sigma black belt and project management. 7.Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin, have good skill in report and presentation. 8.Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams
