Job Responsibilities
• Managing digital campaigns and day-to-day digital content & activities for all digital channel (Taobao, Tmall and Other digital channel) including SEO/SEM, marketing database • Responsible for the management and operation of the client's cross border eCommerce stores on Tmall global and other e-commerce platforms • Participating in the formulation of store/brand development strategies, forming sales and promotion plans, and coordinating the company's internal resources and platform resources to achieve sales goals. • Planning Store/brand annual, quarterly, and monthly activity, Festival, and plans (including marketing and promotion), formulate store promotion plans and promote implementation, track, evaluate and optimize activities and promotion effects • Follow and analyze the industry in real time data, according to industry needs and user characteristics, formulate store product strategies, relying on company resources and operation methods to form product competitiveness and stable sales • Competitive product analysis and optimization of itself, can refine the industry frontier and customer-sensitive selling points to optimize itself Products • Brand CRM crowd operation management to improve fan activity and store repurchase rate. • Working with Account Management, Sales, Graphics, and other relevant teams to provide updated plan for assigned accounts to be shared across E-Commerce platforms.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • Experience in operation and management of eCommerce (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc.) Chinese e-commerce will be an advantage • Experience in operating eCommerce flagship store in the beauty category will be an advantage • Excellent at T-mall Promotion methods, familiarity with event registration rules, and understanding of registration channels and methods, as well as the ability to undertake successful activities • Have a good team spirit and sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong enterprising spirit, and self-driving force • Proficient in Excel and data visualization thinking concept and excellent presentation skills • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5-6). Native Chinese speakers will be an advantage
