Position Description: We are currently looking for a HR Generalist (w/m/d) to join our Munich team. This position is supporting and coordinating human resource management activities including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, international assignment visa arrangement etc. This position reports to the Human Resource Manager based in Munich. In this role, you are expected to be responsible for: Provide cultural HR support, consultative services and program delivery to ensure organizational alignment with culture, values, policies, procedures, and performance objectives Manage end to end employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development and exits. Support HR daily operation, issue the reference letters and interim reference letters Good knowledge of German labor law to support legal case, ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company's risk Help with training and development plan, arrange the internal and external training course Ensure the attraction and retention of talent, enhance the employer branding Coordinate the performance appraisal process with support from global HR Team. Prepare and assist in visa processes and take care of other administrative topics Compliance with control procedures and PLEX requirements. Participate in global HR projects. Employee attendance management Other tasks assigned Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role: Bachelor degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or related studies Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience required. Experience working in a Chinese company is a plus Native or near native German language skills and business fluent English language skills; Chinese language skills would be considered a big plus

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of all HR administration areas and the German labor law A “hands on” professional with proactive approach and demonstrated ability to effectively engage with all levels of employees and managers Must be an excellent communicator, and able to use interpersonal skills Effectively, especially tact, diplomacy, persuading and influencing. Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions to favorably influence the overall business Understanding and empathy with different cultures especially with the Chinese culture Experience in a customer-oriented, demanding commercial environment, which has a high sense of urgency Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
