We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, and result-oriented person to give support to our business in China. Working as Seller Success Analyst, you will deal both with easy daily issues as well as impactful negotiations, all with the objective of ensuring that every aspect of our operation in China runs smoothly. Specifically, you will work on: Assisting our sales team in China with daily issues. Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional teams. Acting as liaison between our clients and the Ops team to improve our sellers's delivery time as well as solving daily issues related to our operations.
What skills/experience will help you in this role At least +2 years experience working directly or indirectly with marketplaces, logistics, and cross-border e-commerce, preferable in similar roles related to LATAM. Business education and STEM background. Fluency in English is a must. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Highly organized and result-oriented.
