Job Responsibilities

Emphasis on minor language candidates (Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic) 1. Responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding regional customers; 2. Based on the marketing strategy of the sales department, analyze and research overseas market conditions, formulate development plans and budgets; 3. According to the sales plan, organize teams within the region to implement and carry out work, and achieve the sales goals set by the company; 4. Independently responsible for the development of regional market business, including but not limited to regular business trips and on-site development in the responsible region; 5. Strong sales planning, online promotion, and overseas exhibition implementation; 6. Timely complete all tasks assigned by superiors. Career development path: Regional Manager → Business

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade and Economics, Foreign Languages, etc. is preferred; 2. Good English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills; 3. At least 3 years of experience in sales management for industry clients and key accounts, with a strong sense of market development and customer service; 4. Familiar with the operational procedures of trade import and export business, with solid professional knowledge of foreign trade; 5. Proficient in establishing good relationships with clients, possessing excellent communication skills, pioneering skills, and business negotiation skills; 6. Good communication, organization, and coordination skills, with team management experience and ability, clear logical thinking, good coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and judge things, and a sense of responsibility; 7. Ability to handle emergencies, strong learning and adaptability, strong work execution ability, and pressure resistance; 8. Previous experience in automotive, yacht, RV related industries, or studying or working abroad is preferred. 9. Acceptable for business trips and assignments.
