Job Responsibilities

. Collect & evaluate customer requirements, and prepare internal requirements for R&D and other relevant departments . Manage the entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production is completed before mass production . Manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings report. Work closely with sales to provide solutions to resolve the issues . Work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentation, etc . Cooperate with the product manager to recommend suitable project solutions/products, and provide market information to support internal product planning . Job Requirements

. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent . minimum 3-5 years work experiences in relevant industry . Good understanding of UICC/eUICC ETSI/3GPP/GSMA SIM standards covering 3G/LTE/4G/5G networks is a MUST . Understanding of EMV standard and Visa/Mastercard/UPI payment card project experience is a plus . Excellent command of both written and spoken English . Very good knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint) . Experience working in a global team supporting internal and external clients from different time zones . Experience in a multi-cultural environment is appreciated.
