Job Description: SALES AND PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our Upwork platform, incoming leads response, and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and validating potential leads, applying for projects, and managing client relationships to ensure successful project execution. This role requires a strong understanding of foreign trade principles. Basic engineering knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Fluent in English, Chinese will be considered as a plus but not mandatory. The successful candidate will be responsible for: 1. Lead Assessment and Validation: - Evaluate potential leads using a company-provided checklist to determine their suitability and potential for the business. - Understand client objectives and customize proposals to win projects. 2. Project Application and Follow-Up: - Apply for Upwork projects promptly with tailored responses. - Proactively follow up with clients to secure contracts and ensure smooth project initiation. 3. Project Management: - Manage a list of ongoing projects and act as a project manager for certain assigned projects. - Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues promptly by working closely with a project team in China or India. 4. Process Optimization: - Continuously look for process improvement and optimize lead management, response times to achieve highest job success rating and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Experience and Skills: - Proven experience in sales, customer service, project management, or supply chain management. - Good understanding of foreign trade principles from potential supplier sourcing to final order shipment - Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms is a plus but not mandatory. - Fluent in English. 2. Soft Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and processes. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
