Job Responsibilities
?Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the commercial strategy for Sales Operations, Aftersales, and Logistics in the EU region, aligned with global HQ objectives. ?Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as primary liaison between HQ and local teams to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives, product launches, and process improvements. ?Sales Operations Management: Oversee operations processes, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and incentive programs to maximize revenue growth and margin performance. ?Aftersales Excellence: Develop and monitor KPIs for customer service, warranty management, spare-parts availability, and service level agreements (SLAs). ?Logistics & Supply Chain: Ensure optimal inventory levels, cost-effective transportation, and distribution strategies; collaborate with third-party providers to maintain service quality. ?Performance Monitoring: Establish, track, and report on key metrics (e.g., lead-to-order conversion, on-time delivery, average resolution time) to drive continuous improvement. ?Team Development: Mentor and coach department heads and their teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer centricity. ?Budget & P&L Oversight: Develop and manage annual budgets; identify cost-savings opportunities and ensure financial targets are met. ?Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Internal and External Partners.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. ?5+ years in sales operations, aftersales, or logistics roles (preferably in a multinational environment). ?Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving commercial results. ?Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable insights.. ?Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change. ?Data-driven approach, comfortable with complex reporting and KPI analysis. ?Deep understanding of supply chain processes, and service management. ?Fluent English language skills. Any additional European language will be considered a plus.
