Job Responsibilities: Market Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities in Russian-speaking markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations. Communication and Coordination Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients in both written and oral forms. Sales Target Achievement Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics. Track and analyze sales data to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management Manage customer accounts and ensure long-term partnerships. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. Industry Knowledge and Updates Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and market trends in the Russian market. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve company offerings based on market insights.

Job Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian, both written and spoken. Must be able to communicate effectively with Russian clients and partners. Good command of English is also preferred to facilitate communication within the company and with international stakeholders. Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry. Ability to identify potential customers, build relationships, and close deals. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and account management. Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Russian market, including customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors. Familiarity with the local business culture and practices. Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and develop sales plans. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs. Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly. Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer demands. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international trade, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in sales or Russian language proficiency is a plus.
