Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the R&D team on the firmware development and debugging of touch control chips. Collect and analyze customer requirements, providing customized firmware solutions. Quickly analyze customer feedback issues and provide timely solutions to ensure stable mass production of projects. Gather market demands and on-site feedback, evaluate product performance, and propose improvement suggestions to drive continuous product optimization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronic Information, Computer Science, Communication engineering, or other related majors. Over 8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in touch technology, sensors, and related fields. At least 3 years of independent development experience with MCU such as STM32, MSP430, and C51. Possess a foundational knowledge of hardware and circuit design. Solid knowledge of touch technology, familiar with the application and integration of different touch technologies, and capable of debugging and optimizing complex systems. Fluent in English or Chinese, able to communicate effectively with the Chinese R&D team. Excellent on-site problem-solving skill, flexible in addressing technical challenges in diverse customer environments. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, able to establish strong collaborative relationships with clients and effectively coordinate internal team resources.
