Job Responsibilities

Participate in the group's management - training program and receive comprehensive business and management training. Get the opportunity to intern in different departments to understand all aspects of the company's operations. Job Requirements

Have excellent communication skills and a team - cooperation spirit. Be able to quickly adapt to new environments and actively participate in various training programs and projects. Have a clear goal for personal career development and be willing to keep learning and growing in practice. A bachelor's degree or above is required, and majors in management, industrial engineering, data science, economics or related majors are preferred. Be fluent in English (CET - 6 or equivalent), and be proficient in writing English reports (for those involved in overseas business, IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 90+ is required). Those with cross - cultural work and study backgrounds, as well as those with learning and work experience in process management, will be given priority.
