Job Responsibilities

Responsible for fish feeding and management in the corresponding area of the fish farm, including operations such as tilapia fry selection, water quality testing, anesthesia, fish pairing, water adjustment, and hatching. Manage daily affairs of the fish farm, promptly report the feeding status of fish, and ensure the smooth progress of tilapia fry cultivation. Carry out daily safety protection work, monitor breeding facilities and equipment, promptly identify potential hazards, and assist relevant personnel in solving problems or resolve them independently. Be responsible for the input and output results of the aquaculture varieties in the ponds under supervision, which requires full - process monitoring and management of the tilapia fry cultivation process to ensure the healthy growth of fry.

Job Requirements

Over 10 years of freshwater fish farming experience, preferably with familiarity in tilapia farming. Love for farming work, capable of enduring hardships, diligent, and possessing good conduct and honest professional ethics. Have certain English communication skills to adapt to international exchanges in work. Be familiar with the living and breeding habits of tilapia, and understand the use of aquaculture technologies and facilities. Master relevant knowledge and skills in the field of aquaculture, including fry breeding, disease prevention and control, environmental protection, etc. Have team spirit, strong execution ability, and be able to adapt to overseas work environments.
