Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management: Lead and supervise a team of Black mechanics to repair and maintain fleet vehicles (forklifts, loaders, diesel/gasoline vehicles). Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure daily maintenance and repair operations are executed efficiently. Technical Expertise & Maintenance: Independently diagnose and resolve issues with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, gearboxes, and other vehicle components. Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and improve fleet availability. Train team members on repair techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Job Requirements

Seeking a responsible, physically fit, and hardworking automotive repair master with expertise in hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and gearboxes. The candidate will manage a team of over 10 Black mechanics, improve fleet attendance, implement maintenance protocols, reduce repair costs, and provide technical training to enhance the team’s repair and maintenance capabilities. Responsibilities also include spare parts inventory reporting.
