Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with major overseas clients, regularly communicating with them to understand their needs and feedback. 2. Respond promptly to major client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues through effective communication to maintain a client satisfaction rate of 90% or higher. 3. Gather market information and monitor competitor activities, analyzing market trends to provide suggestions for product and market strategy adjustments. 4. Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth order fulfillment and follow-up services for clients. 5. Assist in organizing product promotion events overseas, enhancing the company's brand awareness and product influence.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales, with at least 1 year of overseas work experience. 3. Excellent sales skills and business negotiation abilities, capable of independently developing and maintaining key clients. 4. Strong market analysis and judgment skills, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs. 5. Proficiency in English and the local language of the stationed country, enabling seamless business communication with local clients and partners. 6. Ability to adapt to long-term overseas assignments, with strong independent work capabilities and adaptability.
