Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the business follow-up of assigned or in charge of customers and markets; 2. Develop new customers and new products; 3. Maintain effective cooperation and information exchange within and between departments; 4. Manage business records and customer files, prepare and submit statistical reports on schedule; 5. Handling customer complaints; 6. Collecting payment for goods to ensure the timeliness and safety of payment for goods recovery; 7. Timely and accurate maintenance of customer information and supporting materials.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years working experience in foreign trade customer development 2. CET-6 or TEM-8, excellent in written and spoken English; 3. Good image temperament, outgoing personality, flexible thinking, initiative, strong communication skills; 4. Strong subjective initiative, able to handle affairs independently, experience in market development is preferred; 5. Work carefully, high efficiency, strong execution;
