Job responsibilities: optional remote work 1. Deeply understand business and operation mode, and provide HR solutions and suggestions according to business development needs. 2. In combination with the company's human resources planning, formulate recruitment plans and carry out recruitment work to achieve recruitment goals. 3. Establish and improve the talent development and training system, including personnel incentive, training, promotion, etc., and conduct regular human resource analysis. 4. Business department performance system construction and continuous optimization, performance system operation process tracking and feedback. 5. Formulate and implement the Company's remuneration and incentive mechanism according to the development of the industry and the Company. 6. Assist in promoting the formation of the company's philosophy and corporate culture, and build a good team atmosphere. 7. Properly handle all matters related to employee relations, handle abnormal events in a timely and effective manner, and reduce employment risks. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
