Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and personnel management: Responsible for the recruitmentprocess, including posting job openings, screening Cs,inviting interviews,negotiating salarypackages,signing contracts,etc.,andmanaging currentemployees. 2. Data management and reporting statistics: Responsible for maintainingemployees’ personal information, work records and payroll records, etc., carrying outdata analysis and statistics, and providing relevant human resources data and reportsin a timely manner. 3. Enforcement of policies and regulations: Responsible for conducting researchand enforcement of human resources policies and regulations, upholding thecompany's legal agreements with government departments, and ensuringcompliance with human resources policies and regulations. 4. Job descriptions and performance appraisals: Responsible for preparing jobdescriptions and employee performance appraisal plans and adjusting the duties andperformance standards of the job as necessary to ensure that the employeeperforms to the best of his or her ability in the job. 5. Training and Development: Responsible for assessing human resources trainingneeds and developing and implementing training prgsrammes to ensure thatemployees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to improve theireffectiveness. 6. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Responsible for developing and updatingpayroll and benefits policies, maintaining employee payroll and benefits records, andensuring that the company's payroll and benefits system is fair and workable.
