Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the general manager of the Thai company to formulate the Thai sales management system and annual sales plan; 2. Master the market trends in Thailand, conduct customer and product analysis, be responsible for the development and maintenance of export logistics customers from Thailand to China, Southeast Asia and surrounding countries, visit key customers regularly and irregularly, and understand and deal with problems in a timely manner; 3. Assist local suppliers in Thailand (such as ship owners, trailer companies, customs brokers, etc.) in the development and maintenance of resources, actively communicate and coordinate with other departments (including domestic), and effectively carry out business collaboration; 4. Improve the sales team building from other departments, responsible for the training, guidance, assessment, motivation and management of new salesmen, continuously improve the sales performance of the team, control business risks, manage accounts receivable from customers, and ensure accounts receivable Refund all payments on time.
