Job Responsibilities
1. Proficient in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing tasks; excellent writing skills. 2. Manage the general manager’s schedule, arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, receptions, and travel itineraries. 3. Assist the general manager with overseas company registration and business expansion, and handle and summarize work progress in a timely manner. 4. Able to accept and adapt to overseas travel; basic video editing skills are required. 5. Participate in discussions and execution of the company's business development strategies and follow up on the workflows of various business departments. 6. Understand various intermediary relationships, maintain good relations, and establish long-lasting connections. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study experience preferred; any major is acceptable. Must have CET-6 or higher in Business English, with English as a working language and fluent spoken English. 2. Good appearance and image, high emotional intelligence, familiar with business etiquette, excellent emotional management skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strong execution ability. 3. Strong willingness to learn and self-motivation, well-rounded knowledge structure, and high adaptability to new things. 4. Detail-oriented, flexible, approachable, and well-spoken. 5. Willing to travel abroad (e.g., Turkey, Singapore). 6. Knowledgeable in dining etiquette. 7. Possess a driver’s license with over 2 years of driving experience. 8. Proficiency in Turkish and experience in handling foreign clients.
